Hi, it is more than half a year we last saw the Cashback promotion. So I think it is a good time to say why I appreciate that offer so much and why I think it should return or at least some similar promotion.

What I liked the most about the offer was the fact I could buy any card I wanted with a discount, not some random cards I am not interested in. When was the last time we saw offer like that? I think it was at the same time we saw the last Cashback promotion. I don't remember any similar offer where you can buy any card you want with a discount for the last half a year.

I even stopped buying credits, but not because I want to punnish iStripper, but because I don't have any use for them anymore. I will never start buying random cards and I will never start playing gambling games to win random cards. I don't want random cards in my account in the first place. And not less importantly paying for things I don't want is not something I would call an enjoyable experience. In fact it is the opposite for me so I am not doing it.

But not so long ago there was at least 2 or 3 times a year an offer where you could buy what you really wanted with a discount. I just want these times to come back, nothing more. I just want to be able at least 2 times a year to have a chance to buy cards I am interested in with a discount, like it was before.

Is there really so few customers who want to pay only for things they are really interested in? Am I in a minority which is not interesting enough for iStripper anymore? If the answers for these questions are yes, then it is a sad day for me, but I hope there is more people who want old times to come back.

I just want some offer where I can buy any card I want with a discount, like it was before, at least 1-2 times a year, is it really so much? Are the old good times really gone? Please support my comment if there are people who thinks the same way like me. Thank you!

Bien sûr il faut jouer pour obtenir ces cartes, donc généralement vous obtenez également des cartes que vous ne voulez pas!
Triste en effet, mais la grande majorité des membres soutiennent certainement votre point de vue 😉
(Ce cash-back était peut-être trop utilisé pour acquérir les cartes à prix plus élevé)

I'm afraid this promo is on the way out since the arrival of gift cards.
Of course you have to play to get these cards, so usually you also get cards you don't want!

Not a good look for totem during a year where there product has not improved technically nor in terms of talent or performances. We certainly got more options to gamble away credits but we are losing options to get cards. They are looking at ways to protect revenue and have decided that the product is too cheap in instead improving the product to the point where people won't wait for the cashback. They have to understand that a person has to skip watching a card for up to 6 months to participate in the cashback. Make your product good enough so people want to buy during the 1st week.

The gambling games are frustrating . Theres a reason we have a wishlist . The cashback offer gives us the freedom to chose what we want . We dont want the roll of the dice or a random number generator to make that decision . The cashback represents value and freedon of choice . I have lost to many credits on the games , andd recieved cards i didnt want .

It seems like almost everyone wants the Cashback offer back, but at the same time probably too many people are spending hundreds or thousands of credits on the gambling games and special event cards. These are easy money for iStripper and that's why we probably didn't see a proper sale for a long time.

I'd like to chime in on the issue - I also think the Cashback was the best sale and I was eagerly looking forward to each Friday, hoping that this might be "it'. Since they retired that promo I don't participate in the promotions as they are indeed gambling. Due to me only wanting a dozen or so cards from the store, nearly every outcoem of the gambling game will be a disappointment. I've also ***** at least 1500 credits on gambling games over the years, but my last reload, since I've made the conscious decision not to particiapte in games of chance, has lasted me over6 months and counting (I'm not even halfway through the credits bought).

Which in the end, is a net positive for me, as I spend less, rediscover older cards (some of them really itneresting, maybe my tastes have changed a bit) and wait for the company to wake up from it's COVID slumber.

I think that the majority of us want to buy the cards that interest us. That said, the chance of acquisition can make us know and appreciate cards that at first would not have seduced us. As I said on another thread, there are not many of us who show up on the forum in terms of the number of registered accounts. So we can't make any judgement on the general opinion of unwanted card purchases.

We definitely cannot make any judgement of what every user of iStripper wants, but we can see what the general opinion is even from the small sample of people who are visiting the forum. Statistic is powerful in that you can gain pretty solid image of what users want from a small sample of them.

It is not a secret Cashback offer won in some former survey to be the best promotion on iStripper, but still we are not seeing it anymore. I don't think the reason is that nobody wants it here.

I feel like we are indeed in the same boat niche-wise, so to speak. Older members who buy selectively and keep spending less. I think that's a natural retention issue that the software is facing - new users like Stantson above seem to be over the moon with the state of things, so maybe we're statistically insignificant and thus overlooked.

This is a good point. The cashback offer is a good incentive for some users to buy cards that normally they would not have bought, cards they like but won't pay the full prince for them. Many users spend a lot of credits on cashback, so it should still be very profitable for Totem.

That is true, so it is what it is i guess. But to extend my Statement before,
i'm not "over the Moon" but i'm seeing way more behind the iStripper
Product than the value shown on the Card in the Girls Store.

Maybe i'm sometimes Blind and Naive but everyone of us has only this one Life.
And i decided for the way of Enjoy and not the way of *****, but each to it's own.

I am not *****, I am saying the more often the Cashback offer is here, the more money I am spending on iStripper. The Cashback offer is now gone for over half a year, so I am not spending any money from the start of this year, because I am absolutely not interested in hoarding random cards or playing gambling games - almost every offer now is some kind of a gambling game. This was not the case just a year ago.

I started this thread, because I hope there is more users like me and we can maybe convince iStripper to return the Cashback or at least some similar offer to the list of active promotions, so we can start spending money on iStripper again.

Cashback is the most favorable and desired promo for users, but it's also the most uneconomic one for the company.
No surprise, so, to see it almost to disappear during the pandemic year.
It surely will come back eventually.
Meanwhile, I'll say that i would prefere waiting some more time and then see back such promo in its original form, than getting it earlier but in the recent, worse (for us) form which gave a cashback only every 5 cards purchased or so.

@HansSachs - I made a note of promos - it was last September you could buy any 4 cards at your normal loyalty discount price and then pick any card as your free one. Finally found the TGIF post all about it.

I was catching up with many older cards - standards and mediums and obviously taking a CC or CC+ as the free. At first I thought it must be a mistake, far too generous, thought about querying it, but it went on all week. So you must be right - not a good promo for Totem and I think unlikely to return.

I didn't remember well then; it's anyway true, that the most recent version of the promo gave a free card back every 4 cards purchased, while earlier, all the other times, the promo did give a free card every 3 cards purchased.
So, I still was right the most recent version has been less convenient for users than it used to be.

Anyway, it's probably a good promo for Totem also (they did offer it many times in past years - and some users reported to have bought literally tons of cards during such offer) but, also probably, not so good during pandemic times.

Il n'y a pas de naiveté mais plutôt du réalisme. iStripper n'est pas un produit de première nécessité comme l'alimentation, les médicaments etc... istripper est un produit de divertissement pour adulte. Je le considère comme un produit de luxe tout en sachant que la création n'a pas de prix et donc pas discutable sur cet aspect...

In other words you want to say you would pay any price for the cards, because they are a luxury product?
I don't think so. Even luxury products must have prices acceptable for consumers.

The sad truth is many merchants are abusing gambling-like practices to sell less product for more money. Why it sounds like a logical thing from the sellers point of view, it is not something which should be supported, because it really ***** some weaknesses of the end comsumers.

I am voting with my wallet against such practices, but it is probably not enough in this world. There is too much people who are willing to pay almost anything for e.g. some cards which cannot be bought in normal ways...
