@Z22 , Love your latest contribution with da Lights V.1.0..
The background & oily-wet model both subtley breathing life into it together
with wandering lights... Little or no 'cellulite' skin and the muscle definition
smooth so it doesn't look like a grainy version of a Body Builder's Monthly magazine.
Outcome is Top work..Well done 😎👍

I guess what distinguishes version 2 from version 1 of the Forcefield scene is the X logo that appears alley in this one?

@calgon not sure if it's the parallax scrolling, but the feathers look like they are in 3D when it viewed in a vr headset using virtual desktop. Is it possible to have the background completely black?

Is it possible to have the background completely black?
Open up the Scenefile "(x) Feathers.scn" and in the very beginning you will find this Section,
texture {
id: Background
source: Images/Feathers
}
which you have to remove. The same for the Fire Logo which is this Section,
texture{
id: BigLogo
source: Logo/(x)logo_fire.png
}
which has to be removed as well, then you have your "all black" Background.

@stanston I can understand you offering technical help to modify a scene but encouraging the removal of a logo that appears for just a few seconds ? !

I have many scenes by other creators that have a logo of some description and have never felt the need to remove them. I'm pretty sure if you understand the code, then you also understand the huge amount of time a scene builder might have spent working on them before distributing them. If a creator wishes to "sign" their work in some way, I for one am not going to remove that.

This year, I have distributed 100's of hours worth of work on this forum. I have been doing it mainly in the hope that it will encourage other users to distribute their creations as well so that we all benefit from each others efforts.

Where I have used other peoples shaders in scenes I have left proper acknowledgement in the shader code of the source of that work. I did not write the original feathers shader but I did put a considerable effort into studying and modifying the code to allow the the creation of the scene I distributed.

Leaving the scene builders logo alone or the occasional note of "thanks" if you like the scene are not too much to expect in return because without that, there seems little point in people sharing their creations.

Is there any way to associate Happy New Year scenes with the music you suggest (Fireworks and others) from the iStripper music player?

If not, what do we do to combine them? Should we use an external music player?

Is there any way to associate Happy New Year scenes with the music you suggest

At present time, there is no way from within a scene file to associate what Music files it should use.

What I do, especially for a scene that I might only use a few days out of the Year, like Christmas scenes and New Years Scenes.

1) I go to the Data\Musics folder and Make a Backup Copy of two files.
musiclist.mpl
musics.cache

These two files control what Music files you have, where they are on your PC and what files are Selected to play.

2) On the Music tab, I use CTRL-A to Select ALL of the existing Music files.
3) I click on the Check Mark to Uncheck ALL of them. ( you might have to click twice, as the 1st click will check any that were not already checked. then 2nd click unchecks them all.)

4) I then Add the New Music files for the Scene. When Added they are automatically Checked.

Now I can play the scene, and it uses the New Music files just added.

5) when I am done with the Scene. Many steps to this one.
I quit iStripper
go to the Musics Folder, and Delete the New Music files I added if I copied them to the Musics Folder.
If I didn't copy them to the Musics folder, I can Skip the above Delete the Files.
And the Most Important Part.
I restore the Backup I made of these two Files.
musiclist.mpl
musics.cache


Now I can restart iStripper and my Music selections are back to how they were.




À l'heure actuelle, il n'y a aucun moyen, dans un fichier de scène, d'associer les fichiers musicaux qu'il doit utiliser.

Ce que je fais, surtout pour une scène que je pourrais n'utiliser que quelques jours dans l'*****ée, comme les scènes de Noël et du Nouvel An.

1) Je vais dans le dossier Data\Musics et je fais une copie de sauvegarde de deux fichiers.
musiclist.mpl
musics.cache

Ces deux fichiers contrôlent les fichiers de musique que vous avez, où ils se trouvent sur votre PC et quels fichiers sont sélectionnés pour être lus.

2) Dans l'onglet Musique, j'utilise CTRL-A pour sélectionner TOUS les fichiers de musique existants.
3) Je clique sur la marque de contrôle pour décocher TOUS les fichiers. ( il se peut que vous deviez cliquer deux fois, car le premier clic cochera tous ceux qui n'étaient pas déjà cochés. puis le second clic les décoche tous).

4) J'ajoute ensuite les nouveaux fichiers de musique pour la scène. Une fois ajoutés, ils sont automatiquement cochés.

Maintenant, je peux jouer la scène, et elle utilise les nouveaux fichiers de musique qui viennent d'être ajoutés.

5) lorsque j'ai terminé la scène. Il y a plusieurs étapes à cette étape.
Je quitte iStripper
Je vais dans le dossier Musics, et je supprime les fichiers de nouvelle musique que j'ai ajoutés si je les ai copiés dans le dossier Musics.
Si je ne les ai pas copiés dans le dossier Musics, je peux sauter l'étape ci-dessus et supprimer les fichiers.
Et la partie la plus importante.
Je restaure la sauvegarde que j'ai faite de ces deux fichiers.
musiclist.mpl
musics.cache


Maintenant, je peux redémarrer iStripper et mes sélections de musique sont de nouveau comme elles étaient.
