It happened yesterday while I was purshasing a girl.
I clicked on the "Get her full Show" button and pop up a confirmation page.
I clicked on the "OK" button and the page loaded but failed to display or
somehow unable to complete the page.
I went back to the gril's page and found that my tickets still remained unspending so I decide to refresh the page and the page still showed the same among of my remaining tickets and the "Get her full show" Button still showed, guest what I did...
I continued repeated the purshasing's steps on the same girl and I finally succeeded but I'd found my 4 tickets had been deducted from my account.
I wonder if the VirtuaGirlHD has anyway to check the error and be kindly to
rewards me back my 2 tickets.
Ps. It's okay if VG decided that this is my own fault, I'm just wonder if only.

Hi @neomercy, just a tip: If the website don't show the new ticket status after purchasing then first go to the VGHD program, 'Check for updates'. If the card was added to your collection then click on any card or link within the VGHD program to open a new browser page from there. Normally then you have the new status immediately.
To get your lost tickets back you must contact Totem via help page (or Celine directly), refer to this thread. Good luck.
