Hi, I have two external drives with all my models. I've just upgraded my MacOS and now over half the madels need to be downloaded again. Is there an easier way to do this - all the data is still on both drives? Thanks

In the setup tab of the app, check if your 2 external drives are present in the settings of the storage location. After that, make a rebuild collection. This action doesn't download the shows, just make an inventory between your collection and the one known by the servers.

Thanks. Both drives are visible in settings. Tried rebuild but nothings happened - still got 1642 that need downloading. Any other ideas? Thanks

Try to log out/log in via the GUI to see if the problem remains.
