Hello,

I always questioned myself when was the date when the shows were filmed in 4k instead 3k? Cause I wondered if I can update some shows from 3k to 4k since I am a member. It must be around 2019 to 2020 but I am unsure.

I'm looking forward for further info.

If you go into "Collection" and select the filter for Quality -> Crystal Clear you can see in the release date when they came out. You're spot on with the date, looks like midway through 2019.

I'd love to see them upgraded, there's plenty of AI tools available to do this sort of thing.

The 4k shows are available since 01/07/2019 (1st july 2019).

The earliest released 4k card I can find in my collection is E1208 Leyla Fiore - No Apologies



This was released 23/05/2019

Due to release schedules there are a few "lower" number E cards that are in 4K but were released later.

The lowest number E card I can see is E1193 - Li Moon - A Step Above



This wasn't released until 21/06/2019.

The first released (and lowest numbered) F card in 4k is F0480 Lesya - Cure For It All.



This was release on 31/05/2019

Also be aware that there are 2000 cards in 4k resolution.

You have nearly a full collection and if you haven't previously downloaded some of them in 4k, I would suggest updating them in "chunks" rather than all at once.

The card being in 4K is not based on it's date of Release, but rather on the date of production in the Studio.
It Matters with which Camera the Rushes were recorded in.

So it is all dependent on which Video recording equipment was used when the performance was recorded.
