HOW TO UPGRADE to a NEW Premium plan :If you want to upgrade to a new Premium Plan, you need to cancel first your previous Premium.
Once the last period paid (for ex. on April 20 if you latest rebill occured on March 21), your previous Premium will cut then you will be able to subscribe a new one.
HOW TO CANCEL your previous Premium :Here is the process depending on the Biller you had used :
EPOCH :
--> This information appears in the email you had received from receipts@epoch.com when you had subscribed.
SEGPAY :
--> This information appears in the email you had received from help@segpay.com when you had subscribed.
Note : on https://cs.segpay.com/ you can also update your credit card details so that your membership does not cut when your card expireNETBILLING, TRUSTPAY, BABYDOLZ :
