why did some off my cards get deleted I shourd have close to 100 not 72

One possible reason:
Some models have asked Totem to remove content. Totem removes the content. This has happened a few times over the years. If you have the card and have downloaded the shows, they are yours and you can keep them. If you didn't download the show, write a note to totem and explain which models are missing. You can get credits back for the shows.

Maybe they're hidden? Do you know the names of the girls you're missing?
Withdrawn cards (72 cards, including the 68 women's cards and 4 men's cards).
