Without resorting to labouriously creating playlists (very labouriously unless a third party's software is used) we can currently choose to play all of card's clips

1) In random order
2) In "progressive hotness" order
3) In an approximation to a series of separate stripteases

but there is, unfortunately, nowhere where we can easily choose which of these is to be used for a specfic playing of a card. The best we can do is configure the software such that it is easy to choose between two of them - but even then it is not obvious which order would be chosen. No is it clear that there may be a difference between setting the slider to "All Clips" is different to using the "Play all clips" option of a card's play button as there used to be, I don't know if there still is a difference but when the "Play all clips" option was first introduced then, in my experience, it always played in the order numbered 3 above and then for hte next release it used order 2, went back to order 3 for the following release and then back to order 2 on the release after that (I always had "progressive hotness" enabled).

I hope that at some time Totem make all three options directly available via the play button's menu and also via the settings tab.
