Hello, tried buying the card (Glistening In Pink - Kirke), the 15 credits were subtracted from my account, but the card is neither showing up in my purchase history nor among my bought cards. Already restarted the client and tried synchronizing with the server, which didn't help.

Hi there, I've had this problem too - tried to buy the new Kirke card this morning - the credits have been deducted from my account twice, but the card hasn't appeared in My Collection. Tried closing, turning off pc, reloading etc. Anything you can do will be appreciated - thankyou!
Hi, I had the same issue I made duplicate purchases for a new kirke card, but the card doesn't appear in my collection and just the 30 points disappeared. The deleted points don't seem to have been recovered yet. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance

I had 13.10 balance then I purchased the newly launched Kirkie's card, as a premium user it charged me 12 credits, that was deducted, but card not added, now balance shows 1.10, moreover deduction is not showing up in the Account purchase history section as well :(
Never faced such issue earlier. I restrarted the app, multiple times, even logged in from browser as well to be sure, no luck. Please help
today at 12:19 I bought 500 Tickets and I got an conformation that the billing is done but the 500 Tickets are not shown in my account. I also wrote an Email to the support team with the billing details but until now no answer.

I purchased Kirke glistening pink this morning and have not received the card. i was charged the credits however my transaction history does not reflect any of these activities. i have tried restarting the program but did not see any changes. please assist me EDIT : i see that my credits have been refunded. thank you is the card purchasable as per normal at this time?
