Last year was very good, only one card I did not want.
This year only two cards I do not want (see above for my history to see which cards).

I have "auto-add" enabled, and none of the advent calendar cards I bought at first have that listed in the history.

IIt must be said that I opened the doors of the calendar a day before the official release of the cards.

Why would you expect them to be so tagged ? If you bought the calendar then you will have pre-bought any of its cards that you had not previously bought. You surely can't manualy buy and auto-buy the same card.

I looked at (opened) the Advent Calendar, and I saw this:

5 day(s) left

The Advent Calendar really ends tomorrow (Christmas day), with the beautiful duo SEC.
The quoted text must refer to the "Winter Sale" which includes the calendar and games (Twenty Five, Triple Chance, and Slot Machine).
Really, the text specifically to the calender should state when the calendar ends, not when the winter sale ends. Maybe change the text for next year. My idea: when one clicks a page, have the text saying how much time is left true for that specific page. (is it impossible or too difficult to make this text with different remaining times for the different tabs?)

Also, I see 'OPEN' for Advent Calendar, Twenty Five, and Triple Chance, but not for the Slot Machine. I can open the slot machine (of course) but 'open' is not any text for that game.

Is it necessary for one to open each door/window of the Advent Calendar in order for the cards to be added to the collection? Will all remaining cards be added to the collection automatically once the calendar is ended?

No, if you don't manually open the door, it will automatically open and the card is added to your collection.

Yes, I understand that.
However, the text is misleading.
There is no place in the actual Advent Calendar page that says it ends tomorrow.
There is no end date for the calendar, just the doors/windows with the last being December 25. This is implicit, not explicit. It should be put into explicit text.

I do remember seeing that text. Then it disappeared after purchasing the calendar.

Yes, the 'i' for information is also useful. I see that now.
(for some reason I seem to very rarely check any 'i' anywhere in the app; this is not quite so good when I do not look)

This is interesting and amusing (and not a complaint)

This SEC is showing 'use my joker' even though I should get it in the Advent Calendar.

Okay, I decided to click the last two doors/windows and now I have them in my collection. Besides the last card I showed as link, there is also this one:
Rika Fane - Skintight Latex, which is still not available to others yet.

I now own TWO SECS, both as part of the Advent Calendar, this year and last year.
The other one is this one: Sia Siberia - A Siberian Christmas Wonderland


Will I continue to buy the Advent Calendar in future years? Only time will tell.
