They are webcams. you choose a girl, purchase a lot of credits (1000+) for maybe an hour. Put in an offer with the girl... the button is at the top of the video area.

At this point you're spending cash like it's going out of fashion, but the girls on there are pretty flexible and will do what you require. You should hang around and get to know the girl before you make an offer, not every show is a perfect match of what you want and what she is willing to do.
