I'm also not looking to see male+female cards here. Difficult to say whether they could be profitable for Totem.

But if you think about the XXX-cards, table-clips, where "anatomically correct" dildos are used for simulating oral sex or riding on, it wouldn't change all that much if it was a guy lying on his back, head away from the camera - used, in fact, purely as a prop. It wouldn't bother me too much, and maybe it would be enough to please members wanting male+female action(?). It should however be a totally new card series, G, or preferrably new platform altogether.

Personally, I don't think it would be worth higher costs (you need to pay something to the guy too, although some might regard the "treatment" perfectly enough :) ), and I suspect the people wanting these cards would want to see more than just a man as prop...

To me the very idea of seeing a man on the stage in one of iStripper cards is not appealing at all...

And I agree with @JayZ971 and others: there are plenty of places in the web to offer that male+female action. This product has specialiced in something else.
