As far as I know the ability to go 61% on small clips is -The- most requested feature.
Since I am here with you for about 3 years I came to terms with the fact that probably we will never get it.
I still think we should get the option with some warning *models might go offscreen and let us choose if we want to take the risk.
Is there a way to modify it by some sort of external program?

it's a registry tweak
see this post.not if you Quit iStripper with it below 61%, you will have to Quit iStripper and do the Tweak again.
as long as you have it at 61% or above when you Quit iStripper it will stay enabled.
