I bought my very first show exactly one year ago (Friday, February 23rd, 2018). Great way to have a little personal celebration with Stacy Cruz's debut here and all the other cards this week 😍

EDIT: please check the Stacy Cruz card, if something is wrong. In GUI it is said that the card is 57 minutes long and Razielle says in his comments that it is "a longer card than usual". However, I only got 18 clips and their total length is little bit under 47 minutes. Is the 57 minutes information wrong or are some animations missing from the download?

Trap for young players on the HOLD/UNHOLD!

I had 7 cards that I really wanted and they said HOLD. i clicked on the 3 that i DIDNT want and they said UNHOLD...i then drew again. Yep, I kept the three that i DIDNT want and lost the 7 that I did. Loved my luck when 6/10 were from my wishlist!

I am sure I used this promo previously without issue. Did something change or did i just somehow manage to become an idiot since last time. I swear that this time the wording is misleading RED/HOLD to me suggests that i would keep (hold!) that card.

I have 33 unpurchased cards. Why can't the system generate a 10 card pack for me? I thought only the latest 20 or so are not available in these types of promotions?

This is a very misleading promo. I fell into the same trap as Aramor did. The ones I wanted to hold disappeared. Then I decided to stop participating with this promo, However, although I did not purchase anything I was still discounted for the rolls I did.

Just noticed also that the Anissa Kate -card released today is only 36 minutes instead of 43 as stated in GUI, and Angelina's card 35 minutes instead of 42 minutes... would just like to know if there is something wrong with the downloads or are the times given in minutes simply wrong? Just to test this I deleted Angelina's card and downloaded it again - nothing changed.

The differences seem like the shows were shot at 30 fps, but the total time given in minutes were calculated as if 25 fps was used...

J'en ai profité pour acheter aussi la carte de Stacy Cruz 😎 mais je ne comprend pas pourquoi elle n'a qu'une note de 4 étoiles (3.97) au moment où je l'ai acheté parce qu'elle mérite mieux 😍 c'est un affront envers la Team qui se décarcasse (comme dirait une pub) pour nous proposer de nouveaux shows originaux 😄 si les autres n'ont pas aimé, tant pis pour eux, moi je vous félicite pour votre travail (et c'est rare un tel compliment de ma part) 😊 mais dommage, dommage que vous n'avez pas sorti le skin qui allait avec parce que moi j'aime bien vos skins que j'utilise tout le temps parce que ceux fait par les autres utilisateurs sont plutôt moches généralement 😟

@zzmaskers Are you sure this is the explanation? 10 minutes worth of transition clips in Stacy Cruz's card doesn't seem believable.

I checked about a dozen latest cards and Ginebra Bellucci's latest card e1135 doesn't have this discrepancy. The duration sum of the clips is 36 minutes, as given in the details page of that card. All other cards that I checked are several minutes shorter. And e1135 also has transition clips.

But this is probably wrong thread to discuss this. I may post something in the "Please fix this card"-thread later on.

@Dfner Normally there are always about seven minutes difference between the minutes counted in the show of all clips together and the time indicated on the card. Like said before the difference is caused by the Transition clips. For Angelina e1126 you get 35/42.
Card e1135 I don't have.

Did you not know that on Friday, a minute in Paris is only 47 seconds? That is so people who work and live in Paris can start their weekends sooner. Cards released on Fridays will have this time discrepency. 😆😂

It costs one credit to spin. Every spin you make will cost you one credit. Even if you do not buy any packs, you are still paying to spin. There is nothing misleading in the opening post - the writer even says that a re-roll will cost one credit

@boan000 I have 177 unpurchased cards and I can't participate either, and the reason seems to be that VG Classic cards aren't part of this promo (as they weren't in the Chinese promo last week). All those 177 are VG Classic cards.

If all or close to all of your unpurchased cards are the Classics, this is probably the reason why you can't participate either.

Why those cards have been excluded from the promo, I can't say.

I have all of the classic cards. My unpurchased cards are the latest 33.

I think the 20 days limit was the "special" in the last promo and the regular limit is 40 days (or at least close to that). So it seems that I can't participate because all I miss are classic cards and you can't participate because all your missing cards are too new.

Not true. I don't have that card, but I just did a query on my Playlist Generator database. My collection presently has 2149 cards. Of those 942 have one or more transition clips. E0286 has the clips that sum to the longest duration: 281 seconds (4:41). Most cards with transition clips have a total transition clip duration of 1-2.5 minutes. My estimates of transition clip duration are only estimates, but I don't think they are off by that much when totaled for a card.

That can't be the explanation. The first card of Stacy Cruz, released today, is reported as being 57 minutes in length, but when you actually play the card from start to finish, it is 47 minutes. There is no way that rounding is the culprit of 10 minutes of the show time,

Nor is it possible that there is 10 minutes worth of transition clips not showing in the total runtime. I have uploaded this card into @Dorsai6 's tool and the total runtime including all the transition clips is estimated as 47.5 minutes, not 57... Something is wrong. Most likely they are simply informing the total length wrong in GUI details page. Less likely explanation is that some of the animations are missing from the download package.

If there are ten clips or more that have at least 30 seconds or more partial minutes (e.g. 4:30 clips rounding up to 5 minutes) that are being rounded up before calculating the total, why can't it be the explanation?

Add together all of the clips that have the partial minutes at 29 seconds and below, and then add in the remaining clips that have 30 or more second partial minutes, but round them up before adding them to the total. I'm curious if that gives the reported 57 minutes.

Unfortunate thing is that I reported this about noon time (Paris, France time zone) and nobody at Totem thought it was even worth a comment, reply or quick explanation about how things really are being spiff and sound and as they should be...

I guess weekend begins quite early in Paris.

So, for the time being, just so you know, the Stacy Cruz's card is really 47 minutes long, not 57 minutes. Probably this won't affect your decision about whether to purchase the card or not (you should buy it, it's still awesome!), but that's how it really is.

But if you round up EVERY clip, you get close - 58 minutes. LOL
