My hard drive crashed, I need to re-install.

The message on support page says to contact them.

I have emailed 5 times and have a pending ticket in the system.

I have been waiting for 2 weeks for someone to reset my account .

What recourse do I have if I can't get this resolved?

@Wyldanimal - Thank you so much for this great bit of information. I checked my account before I posted and it was reset. I am so much happier now.

@Lukaszr - No, I didn't get a chance. But my thread there is a continuation of a struggle with something I truly believe in. I will continue to make my point as much as I can to hopefully get more involved and have better options.

@91hebasu - lol, I'm feeling so sleepy all of the sudden!
