From the help text on amazon:

Speculating:
"iStripper is indicated as the "seller".
Somewhere in the seller options there may be a toggle called "domestic delivery" that was forgotten to be adjusted.

Example:
By default products listed on amazon.de may only be allowed to ship to Germany.
If you want customers from Switzerland to be able to order products on amazon.de you need to activate the option.
