guys i reinstalled playlist manager but i cant get it to open...im using java...what do i open it with?...i have java installed

I'm using java 7 update 80/Windows 10..opens fine for me. You sure your clicking the .jar file in the managers folder.

Possible antivirus blocking it. Other than that I wouldn't know.
