Bringing back the sense of urgency on new releases is a very nasty trick, that makes people like me buy more than they planned to.

After some of the disapointing shows from the last couple of weeks this one looks like it's going to be great!

First of all i want to say i really love the extra discount. I dont want to come across cheap or rude but i did some calculations and i only get 8% discount extra and not 12%.
The original price is 25 credits, my diamond level discount makes it 16.2 credits and 12% on top of that would make it 13.2 credits. In the store the card is 14.3 credits

Original price is 25 credits.
If you apply 12% off, new price is 22 credits.
You've got 35% discount in addition with your diamond statut.
35% off on 22 credits = 14.30 credits.

@janmeer1. kaiju has provided the arithmetic for your particular case. In general discounts are combined by multiplying not by adding (actualy the numbers to be multipiled are (100-d)/100 where d is the discount rate in percent). Think what would happen if you were granted three 50% discounts. If they were combined by addition Totem would have to pay you half the nominal price of the card rather than you paying them one eighth of the price.

I think some sort of discount of the new cards is needed. At least if the other sale events are to continue. Why pay full price of a card at once when you have plenty to of cards to play while you wait for it to be sold on a discount.

12% is a decent enough discount on the new cards. It is enough to make me want to get the new cards at once rather than to wait for a heftier discount. And I think it will get more people to check releases regularly.

I was totally about to buy Tina Kay's latest card until I found out the audio isn't working. The last Tina Kay card had video difficulties and was sold at a discount. Why not a discount for a card with no audio?
