If you go into Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > Additional settings (in Windows) you should be able to override the measurement system to show imperial/US instead of metric.

Unfortunately although using the Control Panel > Regional and Language Options to select the measurement system will work it will also change the setting used by all other programs, which is fine if that is what you want or don't care about other programs but not good if all you want is to change the setting for iStripper. I hope at that Totem will eventualy provide a way to override the system default for this aspect of the program because although I want it to use British units I want my serious work related spreadsheets etc. to use metric.
