I'm not happy with a card I purchased, Leyla Black/Spanish Nurse. Is there any way I can get a refund?

I cannot access the cards I have bought...when I click on one I keep getting the download iStripper button. Mu account is open but I cannot get the cards to play . Anyone help ?

It doesn't look like you Installed the iStripper software on your Computer.
In order to View the Animated clips from the card.
you Must Install and register the Software to your Username and password.
this Links your On-Line Personna, to the Software.
And then the Software will Download the card so you can enjoy the animation files.
