So one of my Alizee cards got deleted. I thought I backed it up correctly but apparently not. (I know, I should be more careful).
Obviously I can't download it again. What are my other options? Can I get the credits? Or do I have to be content with earning a lesson? How does this work? Any ideas?

you can ask for a refund for this card via Customer Service.
