It should be possible for you to write a program to to select and organize cards and clips into playlists. I'd like to do that on my Mac, but Totem disabled one key component and I'm waiting for them to fix it. Depending on how sophisticated you want the interface to be this could be a lot of effort. I have in mind collecting clip-level tags of my own creation in a database so I can create clip playlist of my choice.
