Some of Totem's models have demanded that Totem stop distributing their cards. I think the list is: Canilla, Devine, Miss Roxx, and Priscilia Jones. There is an easy way to see if you have any cards like this. Open the software and go to "My collection" and click the filters tab. Uncheck "always show" and uncheck "Available resolution". Check everything else. The only cards that will be displayed are those that are not available from Totem in any resolution. In my case I see nothing except some Miss Roxx cards. Just thought I would pass this tip along.

Another way to view the available cards is not, enter the following search string into the search box.
Search string: a(0(09[6-9]|100|24[4-8]|25[5-9]|260|64[678])|137[2-7])

Wow, spiderman1804! That works pretty well. Can you explain,in language that a mere mortal can comprehend, why this mystic incantation works ? Anyway, I will probably stick with my method because it's a little bit easier to remember than yours.

BTW, I do this once a month or so to see if any more cards I own get added to the list.

I know it is not easy to understand, but there is the possibility the cards to filter by individual categories.

Yes, I, too have all of these cards, yet some, such as Priscilla Jones, will no longer play on the software, even though I have the cards on my computer.

What would be the "string" for Priscilia Jones? Because, unlike you, I do not know how to encode strings. ;-)

Here are the different methods to find the cards of a model.

Search directly with the name of the model:
Priscilia Jones

Search with CardID's (not optimized):
a1372|a1373|a1374|a1375|a1376|a1377

Search with CardID's (optimized):
a137[2-7]


Note:
For some model name, it is possible that they are part of another model name.

Search for: Anna
Find the following names: Anna, Anna Classic, Anna Marie Goddard, Anna Polina, Anna Tatu, Savanna Secret, Ivanna, Joanna, Leanna Sweet, Lucianna, Rihanna Samuel, Suzanna
Also find this card: a0832 - Pepito / Savanna

This search string only find Anna:
[ac-f]\d{4}(.*&)?\s(Anna(?! (Classic|Marie Goddard|Polina|Tatu)))

Do you want to convert the contents of a PLF file in a search string, then make a copy of the PLF file and work with the copy.
The optimization of the search string is not absolutely necessary.
The search string can be up to 16383 characters long. This is up to 2730 CardID's (not optimized).

I tried searching for Priscilia Jones and copying and pasting the string for the cards, but nothing came up in the search block, and I unchecked "always show" and "available resolution." Nothing came up, and I do have the cards for Prisicilia Jones. The cards for "Divine" and "Miss Roxx" did show.

VG customer support told me a long time ago that any purchased cards would always remain available to me and downloadable since I had allready paid for them even though they were no longer visible or purchaseable on the site?

The cards that are no longer available, can be shown only if they are in your collection. Pictured you see 24 of the 25 cards. The card a1375 is not in my collection.

If a string is entered in the search field, then the filter settings are ignored and only these cards displayed.

The information in this posting and the last posting are for the VirtuaGirl software (version 1.2.0.84).

I still have Priscilia Jones' cards. However, they will not play. Though I have them in my folder, they will not display on the software either.

Cards need 2 files in the Models folder in order to be part of the Collection and play..
axxxx.vhdtrailers
axxxx.vhdshows

change the axxxx part to the card name
you can copy these two files from a working card, and then just rename them.


then you can go to advance settings tab.
Right click on sync with server
and select rebuild all..

You will not see the PICTURE in your collection.
the pictures have been removed.

use the filter to find the card.
then you can play it if you have the rights to play it.

if they still will not play, your only option is to send a request to Customer service for a refund of credits.

I'd first try to see if they play.. I'd rather have the cards if I already bought and downloaded them.

I know that this thread is old, but I too am having this problem. I own a few Camilla, a Divine, and all of Priscilia Jones. When these cards were redacted from the site, Totem said that if you bought them you would ALWAYS be able to download these shows. Two computers later, I now have 10 cards that I cannot put on my computer. This really blows!

They did not say that about those cards

Those girls were not willing to accept anything less then complete removal from the site. Database and all. They made that quite clear.

If you no longer have the animations downloaded, your only option is to contact customer service.

Totem said that if you bought them you would ALWAYS be able to download these shows.

Totem never said anything about being able to Download them.

If you already own them, you would be able to continue to use them.
