I myself would also welcome and buy the cards.

In a perfect User and casting world, Totem would have an equal spread of all types, shapes, sizes, and colors.

But in this real world..
It's very hard for the Casting team to find that Diversity.
And yes, Totem does have to consider the sales numbers..
If the Card doesn't sell enough to cover the cost of Production, Totem can't continue to produce them.

I mentioned the Casting thread, and I was very serious about using it..
Track down and find an Ethnic Model, who will be in the Paris area, and who will perform for Totem, and Post it there.

If I knew of any, I would post them myself.

Oki, let's see. Ethnic diversity has been a topic here since the very begining, so you're far from be the first or the only one asking for it.

Second, as some said here there are known reasons about why there are so few "colored" girls. None of those reasons are lack of effort from Totem. Let's use a version of the Drake equation, that even as a guesstimate, is kinda explanatory.

According to the demographics of 2012, about 4.5 million black or with black heritage people live in France. Around 8.5 million in all Europe.

Of those, maybe half are men. 4.5 are women, let's say. Of those, Let's say around 1.5 million are older than 40 years. So, 3 million left. Let's say half of those are underaged. So 1.5 million left. Let's say half of those are legal in Europe. So 750, 000 left. Of those, how many girls are up to the beauty standars of VG? Let's say, maybe, 10,000?

Of those, how many are strippers and/or dancers? Let's be really generous and think that maybe 500 of those really beautiful black girls are distributed among all the strip clubs around Europe. Of those, how many of them are willing to step into the adult industry and be known as porno performers? Let's say 50. Of those, how many refuse to take an offer from Totem, are exclusive for other brands, are extremely problematic, are just too busy, have boyfriends that won't allow them, just got pregnant, etc, etc?

The final result is the number of black girls you find when you look into the store of VG.

Now, think there are around 40 million African Americans in the USA, around the same number of latinos, and plenty millions from other races, not counting mixed-races. Do the same equation and you'll see why in the USA is a lot more easier to get "colored" girls than in Europe. And since Totem can't recruit from the USA for multiple and known reasons, there you have your answer.

I guess I'll just have to wait a few more months and watch these girls on replay.

A few elements to help you guys understand the demographics of our models.

1) Strippers who work in strip club NEVER work for us. They want to do quick money for a while and be able to go back to their normal life after. The last thing they want is their pictures on Internet. There is only 3-4 strip clubs in Paris, we're really good friends with the owners of the best two and have no problem accessing all their girls, but they don't want to work online.

2) Setting up a studio that is able to shoot in 4K is difficult and although we've been talking again of shooting in the US and in Russia, it has not been done for years.

3) We mostly work with eastern Europe girls because the money we offer for a day of work compares to a month of employment there. This does not work with girls living in Western Europe.

4) Look for models agencies in Eastern Europe and you'll see their demographics match ours.

It's that simple, we cast the girls that are available and interested by our price range, they happen to be mostly from eastern Europe.

Guys, those of us who have been around long enough have heard all the arguments about racism a number of times.

In all that time, Totem have maintained the one message:

1. That they want diversity, but only that which can be obtained at a commercially viable price.
2. The diversity available is not what the rest of us may assume.

Now I don't know about the rest of you, but I don't profess to have a detailed knowledge of racial backgrounds available within the European community who are willing to be displayed upon the internet.

So in the ***** of that knowledge, I will rely upon those who do have that specific knowledge.

I suspect it wouldn't vary diversity very much but as an aside have the team ever given any thought to "Members' Wives".

A Member could say post a fully nude photo of a partner or girlfriend holding a notice saying VGHD and the date to prove it was genuine and she was agreeable, if there was enough support VGHD could negotiate.

Before anybody asks, my wife probably would have done it years ago as she did do a bit of nude modelling but we are of an age now that would preclude her.

The idea isn't new. In the past members themselves have offered to come dance for Totem. There's even been members willing to pay for all expenses to have their "favorite" goto France. Nothing have ever come out of it though.

In the end... Not sure that many men would like to have their wife do a full spread nude online.

@BAfsb: New idea or not, I think that would allow a whole new can of worms to be opened, my friend. Are you saying, holding a dated sign to prove she was agreeable and the pic was genuine, can't be faked? Come on! Send me a pic of your wife's head and I can put her convincingly on a supermodel's body and create any sign you want to make it 'genuine'. Any of the guys here into artwork could do that.

I believe that many guys in the world have been sued by ex-girlfriends, wives etc, for doing just this kind of thing.

I doubt Totem would go for it anyway but I think it's a very, very bad idea and Totem would end up paying the price when it all goes tits-up!

You would be surprised.... can you imagine a mermaid show but instead of dancing on stage she is swimming around your desktop? Some dwarf ladies are pretty hot too. Bearded ladies... uh, they can always shave.

We do have our very own mermaid here! Ariel has never been seen with a fishy tail but, who knows. . . For anyone not sure what I'm talking about, Disney's, 'The Little Mermaid,' was called Ariel and she had bright red hair ;)

I wonder if Totem could convince Ariel to come back one more time ? ;)

I would personally really like to see a couple new exotic models, but then again being a prick with perfectionistic tendencies it may be a bit hard to find such models that I Fully Approve :)

Overall it boils down to variety I suppose. There are plenty of quite similar girls here and while it's all fine by me but... well, personal favorites aside the largest variety factor is pretty much the clothing. While the general girl 'quality' is just 'fine' the garment department is often rather lacking.

In short: More variety. Variables to mess around with: Race, size, clothing, flexibility, athleticism. Oh, and in many old cards the end result would have been noticeably better if you had invested 5-10€ more into the quality of the clothing.

New numbers after almost a year. I get on a regular basis to check to see if there there is anything new for guys like me, who desire something more exotic. Haven't had much luck. Sucks to love a software and would like to spend money on it but can't. Kinda wish they would be honest and say that they aren't interested.
