i purchased card 315 (alyssia loop solo)and card 318 (alyssia loop & barbra sweet) duo but the wont download has anybody had this problem and if so what can i do to get them to download thanks

the 2 cards are in your collection

i test to donwload the card DB 318 - US center data -- all ok for the moment. -- edit download ok for me.


try this in the program :

Setting - Advanced - left clic mouse synchronize with server - wait a little, control if you can download - if that not work then

Setting - Advanced - right clic mouse on synchronize with server - rebuild all. control if you can download.

if that not work, restart your computer. the more simple.

@alerte, when they're in trouble - you're a God for them, my friend, but when they get fixed - you don't exist.
Maybe @trishsman got his cards and is so happy now that just forgot to give any feedback ];-)

I can´t download three Tarra White´s cards: 542, 545 and 547. Is there any problem with the servers?

I can't download a card I just purchased either. Its kicking out a server 403 error.

I can't access the VG site. I'm on DB now.

Getting Red Line "Error" when I try to "synchronize with server" by clicking on that on "Advanced" screen.
