I wanted to vent about a couple of things that annoy the hell out of me with the Deskbabes shows. Not all but far too many.

1. Vibrator and or dildo sucking while standing next to their partner making stupid moaning noises. WTF! Why not suck on the titties or clit of that half naked woman standing next to you? And if the vibe needed lube, put some on it before you walk out on the stage.

2. Excessive moaning for no reason. I have numerous solo shows where the girl is moaning before she even touches herself. And even more duo shows where the girl inserting the fingers or vibe into her partner is moaning as loud as the girl receiving the insertion. WTF!

3. Why does the photographer of the bonus pictures feel the need to put shoes on the model, when in that show she's barefoot in 90% of the scenes.

4. If a model tells the interviewer that she is not into girls, why put her in a duo show? We can tell their is no interest on her part to be fondled by another woman, it shows in her body language. Sometimes to the point of her actually moving the other woman's hand away.

5. Last but not least, background noise! Why would the director allow so much noise in the background? Everything from walking, doors slamming, hammering and sawing. Do you (Totem) think so little of us your customers that you can't bother to shoot in a quiet enviroment?

Well that's all for now, I'll post the rest of my DB annoyances later. Please post some of yours or comment on mine. Who knows, maybe if they know how we feel they may make improvements.

Other than that I do know that in the past Totem had issues with noices from outside construction which they could do little about and I do not know if that is still the case these days

I agree on sucking on dildos and excessive moaning. It's not always easy or productive to stop a show to tell the girl to moan less and start over, most of the time it freeze the mood badly and she's back to moaning 2mn later because that's her way to deal with what she does. I also prefer girls sucking on tits and no excessive moaning but you don't always get what you want to film.

As for noise, we invested a lot in this new studio but we've been unlucky with the people two stories below tearing appart their place before rebuilding it. They were supposed to stop their work during the 3 days of filming, but then again stopping a scene, leaving the girls to look for who made a noise and getting back to it was not easy. I'm glad it's over now and we can work in good conditions.

I agree with the point about excessive moaning; it's just annoying. I once joined a site that was so bad I quit after about a day. There were normally 3 girls in each scene and it was like synchronized moaning. They would all moan together, every 3 seconds (even the girl who was not actually doing anything). You could actually time them. I haven't found it to be that bad on db but maybe in the instructions given to the models before shooting it is something that could be mentioned.
I also don't like the noisy kissing. Kissing is fine but for some reason in a lot of the duos the kissing is very loud. It's like they're trying to make it noisy. Again, not sexy, just annoying.
The only other thing that annoys me is when the model seems to be getting excited about having her strapon sucked. Showing some interest is fine but don't be excessive.

I forgot to mention the strap-on dildo moaning; as if she can feel something through a plastic sex toy, attached to a belt around her waist...LOL.

I thought that the interviews where done before shooting. I wasn't aware they occured after the shoot. Maybe it's time to ***** that around?

It's a good idea, but the truth of the matter is that the girl might say she's okay with something and it's not until the moment of filming that you realise she's not... that magic moment. Wouldn't matter what order you shoot things in.

Girls moaning need to be encouraged to build UP to the climax.

In acting, if you start at the emotional destination, at the top, then there's no drama & no where to go but that very long one note,VERY imbalanced & boring as a performance!

If the moaning is authentic then I say more...more! However, I find it's often just a noise (not even a real moan) that the models make, and seems to have no real feeling behind it. I'd rather they wait until they actually feel it than have them just do it automatically from the start. It may help them build up to a climax but it does nothing for me.
I think the thing that annoys me the most is when you can see the model is trying to act and watch the director at the same time. You can see that she's not looking at you or her partner but someone else. the typical scene is the girl is doing something and suddenly looks over at the director then moves or changes position or stops what she was doing and starts doing something else. It just interrupts the flow of the scene.

OK, a lot of these points I would have to agree with. At least the things that are under the control of the models and Totem staff. The outside noises... probably not much to be done if it's coming from outside the studio walls, unless you invest in some electronic noise-filtering software to remove the unwanted sounds in post-production. But that would likely increase production costs for each show.

As for the excessive moaning, I totally agree with that. It is very distracting. My favorite example is Abigaile Johnson. One of my favorite VG models, but one of my least favorite DB models, simply because her excessive moaning is so unbearable. I deleted every one of her DB cards!

And yes, in the DB duo shows it would be great to see more interaction than just dildos. Some real nipple sucking and groping would be very nice. The girls need to show more chemistry together. I think Totem should make a better system of matching girls for the duos. Match them based on chemistry and personality, instead of just the random method they have been using. Maybe put all the girls in a room together, and let them choose their own partners!

Better to have less duos with higher quality than many duos of low quality.

2 Doesn't this apply to porn in general. You could place a desktop volume gadget if you have Vista or Win 7. It can be set to always ontop of other windows and it has five levels of transparency so it's not noticable. If you don't like the default windows gadget there are a couple still online to download. Microsoft discontinued gadggets now so they aren't easy to find.

Sorry for being contrarian, but I have a couple of unpopular opinions.
