right click on that red V, then select option, then 'my collection' tab. Is the list empty ?

select "desktop" tab. In the preferences, are all "Allows..." selected ?

What operating system are you running?

I guess your Windows Media Player or DirectX is outdated, if you are running Windows 2000, Pre-SP1 Windows XP or "Edition N" of Windows XP and Vista then you need to update/install your Windows Media Player first.

hi right click on red v , there will be option ,click a window will appear click download on it u will see downl;oadin is in progeress let it complete u will get ur gals
