I sent my links to 4 friends and 3 of them are active but I haven't received any ticket yet. Are there anyone who can help me about this issue or who knows that does it take time and if it is what time does it takes ?

I think they have to be active for like ten days or something like that. I know it takes some time.

In addition they have to be coming from different IP addresses from you. Otherwise it is assumed that there are multiple accounts for the same person.

The 3 active friends should use VGHD for 3 days+ !

Yes, thay must be unique IP addresses.

so it means people using same internet connection are suspended as person who has multiple account. isn't it a little bit stupid thing. The program or someone who control that can also seperate the accounts from computer id . but it musn't an ip issue. Because it is a serious problem who are using great local areas which use one internet connection. isn't it ?

He's using a single shared router for multiple PCs in a small office.

If it's like the cablemodem/router setup my roommate and I share, to the outside world, we show up as a single IP (the cablemodems IP) rather than as 2 separate IPs (one for each PC).

So the 4 accounts are showing up in the IP list at VGHD as a single "source" and not being counted.

yess thats it what i told.
counting it as a single source is a little bit meaningless. vghd must find a different "source" definition.
we downloaded the software at the office so it counts a single source. four men but counts as a single source.

and as a reason of this problem we seem like a single source.

I meet with this product with the help of nahres like the other 3 friend in our office. he told this problem yesterday. so i will withdraw my membership if this problem will still exist. it must be resolved as soon as it is possible.
