and now i cant restart the download, the card isnt showing up in my collection on the VGHD but online its in my collection. how can i get it downloaded? its in my advance settings too but its not showing up in my colection.

just to add so others can do it also..you simply go to "my collection" hover your mouse over the pic of the girl u wanna download and press the plus symbol..then click full show.

okay to piggy back on this, as it seems somewhat relevant to my issue. I changed computers got the new software downloaded. i have cards in my collection but none will play. when i look it up using the settings under my V button is says i have no cards. How can i get my cards transferred over? any suggestions would be nice.

Above method seems to not work with the new software. Any ideas?
