I went to purchase the Nikki Nova Classic card and it told me to add credits to get the card so I did then when I went to buy it again it said I had to be a platinum member to get that card. Can anyone help me understand this? I'm feeling wronged here because it never said that before I bought the credits.

The credits were removed from your account or not? If they were, you can ask to have them back.
Classic cards are only available for at least the platinum level. So you can't buy them yet.

The credits weren't removed I just wished they would have told me about the whole platinum thing before I bought the credits but thanks for the info anyway.

Well thanks for the help. Just wish I could get the card I wanted without having to buy 100 other cards I don't want to get it.
