Sorry, not sure where to post this? When I went to customer service, it said the department was down and I had to contact a moderator about missing credits???

I just renewed my subscription for 6 months, but I did not receive my 10 bonus tickets.

Could somebody please assist me in fixing this?

The tickets are a one time bonus. If you renew the subscription for the same period of time as before you get no tickets at all. So it doesn't require any fix.

Ive gotten the bonus tickets EVERY time I have renewed before (I'm a very long time customer who has spent a LOT of money here). NOWHERE does it say these credits are only a one-time only bonus or warn return customers they will NOT receive this bonus.

It would be REALLY disappointing if loyal return customers were effectively "penalized" compared to new customers by getting less for the same money.

If I truly cannot receive my bonus credits (As I feel like the web site promised me), I would like to cancel my subscription for a refund please?

For reference, I am including the EXACT text from the web page describing the bonus credits to illustrate that there is NOTHING warning returning customers that they will be receiving less value for their money:

"Subscribe and receive a new girl's full show every day, delivered directly to your desktop! Girls will dance and strip naked just like you would see in a live strip bar. You will be able to enjoy her show as many times as you wish, it'll be yours for life.

Well, I'm sure not the customer service, buddy, but I can tell you that I have been subscribed many times too and the tickets are a one time deal. There's only one exception I know, sometime ago, when they made major changes to the website, they did reset the counters and the subscription gave the welcome bonus again for the same period of time.

You're right saying that is not clear or really specified that this bonus will only happen one time, but if you look in the pic, it says "welcome bonus" and that tells the tale, at least Totem believes that.

Now, some fellows here say that you can score the tickets again if you take the subs switching every time the duration of those. I dunno, I always take the subs for the same period of time.

And well, if they own you tickets cause you score them every single single time, they also own me a few then. But, in my experience, is not that way.

Rex also just said that the Customer Service is actually alive and working despite the message that says that it isn't, so it will be worth to ask them to clarify the issue.

Ok, thanks I will talk to them.

The word "welcome" does not really make it clear (in my opinion) that it is "supposedly" a one time bonus. Think about it:

You invite some people over to your home many times, but you do "welcome" them every time they visit...not just the first? Does it make any logical sense that a loyal VIP member's business would be any less "welcome" than anybody else's?

I did not use any "tricks" to get the bonus tickets the other times I renewed subscriptions, but I did need to contact customer support at least one time to get them. They just appologized for the mistake and credited me, they never said I wasn't really supposed to get them.

I looked at your profile and saw how many cards you have...we are both supposedly VIP members. It's not that 10 measly credits is a huge deal, but it's the principle of the thing. We have both spent literally HUNDREDS of dollars here as customers...why should our business be worth LESS than anybody else's? And if they really care so little about OUR business, they really should make it much more clear when describing the bonus credits that they are a one-time bonus...the single word "welcome" just does NOT cut it...

Anyway, thanks for your time...I'll try customer support. =/
