I redownloaded this show today and found that it has now one clip more than it had when it was released.

They added a 65,4MB explicit 'Behind Taskbar ' clip to that show. So this is the biggest clip that show has now.
All who know where to check can look in the models folder and the a0766 subfolder if it contains a file named a0766_66402.vghd. If not I recommend to redownload this show.
For all others it depends when you downloaded this show. Should the download have been on the release day (14-Jan 2010) of that show you should also delete and redownload the show. If you got it more than 5 days later i daresay you will already have this clip and don't need to redownload it. This show has only one behind Taskbar explicit clip so you can test it by only enabling explicit clips.
This show had 3 explicit clips before. 2 where she sits on the taskbar and one standing. So it should be easy to see if you got that clip already. If she stands behind the taskbar then you have the clip and don't need to redownload.

@CyberVixen: I checked alertes clip size list and he also has it not listed there. So this error must have been more common. It might also be that they added the clip on the servers later. It is the only one with the changed Timestamp 14-Jan 2011 15:21 i have so very close to the release. Probably it didn't make it to all servers in time. I am sure many who downloaded the clip on the 14th will not have it.

I checked a0766_66402 and it was missing.
I deleted the a2766 folder and downlodad it again and this clip has been downloaded now

If you open the card option menu on a models card you can then right click the models picture to bring up an individual "check for updates" on that individual card and not have to delete it, then download it again (may save bandwidth for those that need to).

Maybe you can do that. But it does not work in my case. If you don´t delete the folder, the option of "download" does not appear in the individual card. It says that you have already downloaded it and does not allow you to download it again.
