Went to purchase credits this morning and the 10% reload bonus is not showing. Not sure if this is just a cosmetic thing and they will show after purchase or did the offer get pulled a day early? Anyone buy credits today (Sunday the 26th)?

Downloaded 2/.0 for the quest points, not a fan. The company I work for revamped their website a year and a half ago and some small features were removed; I still handle complaints about them every week.

I can no longer filter the store or my collection by year, nor can I see how many shows I do/don't own by year, collection, etc.
There used to be a distinciton between shows that hadn't been downloaded and those had been deleted. That appears to be gone and will be an incredible nuisance if I have to go through each of my 5,000 shows to determine which aren't on my hard drive because I don't want them there and which I just haven't gotten around to yet.
All sort options should have an ascending and descending choice. Currently it looks like only Name has that option, it is the least useful sort fundtion to have that. Again, if I'm deleting shows, I'd like to start with the lower rated ones without having to scroll through thousands of of items.

The layout is nice, but who cares? Again, I deal with this routinely in my job. Making something that looks nicer but doesn't work as well is not the path to satisfied users.

In App Automatic Version Switch.

Got to Settings.
Then Put a Check in Advance settings.

Scroll all the way down to the About Section.
Where it shows Version Type, use the Drop down menu to Select either the Stable or the Beta version type.

When you Change from One type to the Other, you will get a popup asking you about a version Update.
Click on OK or YES to allow the Update to take place.

This will then Download the Selected Version and Install it.

If you Accidentally Closed the Popup.
You will have to use the Version Drop Down Menu and Change version types Back and Forth to See the Popup again.

Hi

I have some pretty large playlists, over 2000 cards in one. But in version 2.0 I don't see any way to sort these nor search within them.

Any way to do this or any plans to intruduce something? It's pretty difficult to manage at the moment.

There is no current or known to me, future feature that would satisfy how you want to use the previews.

Even in the Beta Version 2.0, there is no solution to disable a Preview and then prevent it from ever showing up again in the Auto Play preview list.

In Beta 2.0 the Store has it's own separate Wishlist where it is easy to add and remove cards from the list.
But there is no current or known to me, future plan to have a not wanted list feature.

I use the previews as my wishlist, I disable previews of cards I would never buy. so most of the time I decide to buy the card when the preview is playing. But as I explained above, most of the time the preview list contains only disabled previews so almost no preview plays. Also, enabled or not, previews in the list are always downloaded.

I see now.. you want previews , just not the ones you have disabled.
I don't have an answer other than it may be a cache related issue.
Try deleting the demos.list file like I said above. However, that will clear your cache and restart your list.. therefore deleting any previews you may have wanted to keep.
For a long time, I have always disabled previews. If I want to watch a specific preview, I go to the website and look up the card.... or select the card and click play preview. (then delete the lst file when I'm done)

I'm a member since 2007, I know what a preview is.

I'm really talking about preview that are push at a selected interval.

In the preview page there are 7 previews. On each of them there is a "check box" that is used to disable this preview from playing (also add a .vhddisabled file in Data folder). When it is disabled the picture of the preview is grayed out.

Since this preview (demo) won't play, i see no purpose of downloading it over and over everytime it is pushed. I don't see any reason either to push it in the list since it won't play. Of course in this case the checkbox would need to be somewhere else. Many years ago, this checkbox was on the card itself in the store, much like the cards in the collection.

I hope you see my point now.

The Preview function of version 1.2.5xx and prior.
In these versions there is a Preview TAB with room for up to 7 Previews at a time.
The 7 spots are filled by the Automatic Preview Push
once the 7 spots are filled, then the Next Preview Enters on the Right side, and Pushes the Last or Oldest Preview off the Left side.

Each card on the Preview list also has an Enable Check Mark.
You can click on this check mark to disable that cards Previews.
( it does NOT disable the Slot, but that specific card.. )

to Stop the Automatic Preview Push, there is an Advance Setting you can set to Never.
When Setting it to Never, No New Previews will automatically be Pushed to the Preview List.

You can Also Manually Add cards from the Store to the Preview list.
These also enter from the Right Side, and push the Oldest Preview off from the left side.

You can Manually add previews any time, even if the Advance preview setting is set to Never.

This is how the Preview system functions
in Versions 1.2.5xx and Prior.

7 Preview slots, automatically filled for you.
Or Manually added from the Store.
You can Disable the Automatic Preview push with an Advance Setting.
Cards already on the Preview list, can be Individually Disabled.

I've been trying to follow this thread, but I still am not understanding what it is you are trying to accomplish.
Lets start with this definition.
Previews are sample clips from a NOT Purchased card.
that is what I'm talking about when I use the word Preview. A sample clip or clips from a not Yet Purchased card.

And now you just say, the Only way to Stop previews from downloading is to set the setting to Never.

Exactly...

That is the Only setting that stops Previews from being downloaded.

So when it is set to Other than Never, random Previews will get pushed to the Preview list.
that's what the setting is for.

Now lets talk about a Purchased card.
When you Purchase a card.
The Card consists of the Full Set of Clips.
Several .DEMO clips and Several .VGHD clips.

When you Download the FULL Card, it Downloads ALL of the clips that make up the FULL Card.

Is that what you are asking about?
How to Stop the Purchased card from Downloading the .DEMO clips?

If that is what you are asking, then the answer is:
There is no Way to NOT download the .DEMO clips of a Purchased card.

You can Delete them after the card has been downloaded, But you can't prevent them from being downloaded.

Note:
For many Cards, the .DEMO clips are the ONLY level 1 clips for the card, and they are often unique clips.
While some .DEMO clips are just a short edit from a Full .VGHD clip. Many of them are Unique to the card.

I've updated to version 1.2.552 and nothing has changed. The only way to stop previews from downloading is to disable preview push completely. Otherwise disabled previews are still pushed to preview page and downloaded.

Disabled previews won't play but are still pushed and downloaded like enabled previews. I fail to see the point of being able to disable any single preview and treating them like if they were enabled.

Since they are pushed in the preview list, not only they are downloaded, they fill the list with previews that won't play, so almost no previews are played. It's just brilliant !!

Does anyone have an idea what purpose it serves?
