I bought a bunch of gals but they aren't downloading and don't show up in my cards.

Did you try to click "Check For Updates" on your "Downloads" tab?

Yalp downloads an update but not the gals.

Do you have "All Cards" activated? If not it will not show the cards you have not downloaded yet.

The grey ones you have to download manually with "Download Her Now" (bottom right of the screen). If you want you can also choose "Not Downloaded" instead of "All Cards" to see only the new ones which are not downloaded yet.

If this doesn't help check if the cards are really on your collection (they must appear on the website under "My Profile", "Collection". If they don't appear there you should contact support.

If they do and you still don't have them you can try to quit the program, delete the \vghd\Data\models.lst file, start the program and check for updates again.

Im having the same problem. I bought 2 girls and they are not downloading. I routinely check updates, scroll through all the card options, have all the correct boxes checked, but still they are not downloading! I get updates and trailers but thats it.
I have contacted help several times but have had no luck.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled it twice and get nothing through. Everything also checks out with my firewall and the vghd downloader is allowed.
I feel a little cheated.
Anyway, the pic shows all ive got!

hm this is really strange. The cards show up on your online collection. Monica Scott Young Lady and Vicky S Strip Club.
But i ***** that i don't have another advice than the check for updates button for you. Sorry.
The only idea i have is that the software is not registered to the same user than the one you use here.
Check on the advanced tab the registered to information.

This pic shows that it is correctly registered to me, thats about the only thing Help was able to verrify.
Its very strange and I cant work it out. Ive made sure im on the EU data centre (also tried the US, a long shot but it might have been worth it!).
Ive looked around the other forums and it seems to be a common problem for new members. Hopefully it will sort out.
It downloaded the trailer for tomorrow so somethings working somewhere.

If a show is in your collection, you could try to delete it from disk and re-download by hitting download now, or just re-download it if it's not there at all.

Did you check your data and model folders if there are folders called a0482 and a0213?
That would be something to check.

All ive got in my vghd folder is this. I cant see any files for the girls.
Are they in the .dll files?

Wrong folder.
Here the explanation where you find the right one if you used the default location

Go to Documents and Settings/User/Application Data/vghd/Models where you'll find a folder for each model. (for VISTA go to : C:/Documents and Settings/PC_USERNAME/Application Data/Roaming/vghd. This directory is hidden, you have to setup your system to be able to see hidden directories)

I found the folder and the only ones there are the trailers.
Ran another update check and still nothing coming through.
Obviously I dont want to spend anymore tickets till its working right.

hello and welcome @ste1701a i see a serveur problem, you must have the same name in advenced area (register and serial must have the same name, but you have your name accound and one other value,

tri this: ATTENTION - made sure you have your password.
uninstall the program, take the last version of the site, and install again.

if that not work tomorrow morning the totem team see the problem with your account.

Result!
I uninstalled everything, downloaded the software again and installed it and I was succesfully able to download my girls!
The second Vicky finished downloading I had her up on my screen!
