I've tried to but tokens 3 times in recent day and my purchase has been declined. I have funds in my account and have made other online puchases. Anyone know what the problem is?

I've tried to open a support ticket but cannot get it to upload - I get a "server not found" error. Again anyone know what the problem is?

Can you try with a different biller ( Segpay ? ) Click on 'change' on the payment page ( below the proceed to payment button)
