Each card will be added to your collection automatically, as soon as it is released..

Spring break was the progress bar which when you filled it, gave you the Neesa "Party, Party, Party" card which is in your collection. That promotion ran for 15 days and has now finished.

The April 2023 pre-order pack gave you the Lana Lane card as soon as you bought the pack. That is also in your collection. That promotion ran for around 7 days and I believe that has also finished as it is now April.

The current promotion is the Cashback.

I'm not sure if the cards getting released. Still have last cards from 31-03 the Friday, and no cards from April yet.

The first show in the April Preorder is Valeria Mint, released yesterday.
BUT, because we had a little glitch that sent the shows in advance to those who bought between March 24 and March 27, Valeria does not appear in first position in your collection nor has the "NEW" sticker.

e1835 - Valeria Mint / Black Lace Surprise does appear in your collection.

Today you will get f1261 - Kitty / Pirate's Booty. She will reach you at 11.30am UTC+1.

I can see the show of today in the carousel (Kitty - Pirate's Booty). Try to quit and relaunch iStripper.

Same issue here... Pre-purchased the April Pack. Kitty (Pirates Booty) It's in the carousel but not in my collection. Synced, updated and tried restarting... Still in the carousel :/

I am glad i turned off auto purchase this month, because I just know if I didn't it would be charging me for shows I should already have.

Kitty Pirate DOES appear in your collection, as if it had been released on March 25 :) search for it in your collection :)

for "Kitty / Pirate's Booty" same for me at first but you need to reload Istripper app to fix it.

Glad that has worked for you. But absolutely nothing has corrected the issue for me. The sheer amount of money spent on this over the years, I just wish it would... Just work, and get what I paid for. Absolute frustration when every suggested solution is either Sync, Update, Or Restart the program (like I haven't tried all that already). But I hope everyone else fairs better.

• open the settings page
• tick "advanced settings" if not done yet
• click on "regiser with another account'
• enter your current username i24656625 + your password

Please confirm you got her now

and it also Shows in your History

Maybe it accidently got put in the Hidden cards Group.

You can type the card number in the text Filter Box
then Switch to the Hidden Cards Group and See if it is there.

Yea and I can see all that you can but the card still shows in the store not my collection. I never hide cards, I checked anyway and its not hidden. Yes it shows in the account history but not in my collection. It's also the only card showing in the store because I already own all others. So it's easy to see.
I'm off to bed anyway I'll check sometime tomorrow after work and see if it has fixed itself but so far no luck... But thanks again for everyones attempt at help. I always seem to hit these issues, just my luck I guess.

No Issues now, when I synced today the Kitty Pirate Booty show moved into my Collection with todays show. Not sure why, but its all good at the moment. Thanks all, and sorry for the hassle.

I believe todays card is Sharon White - A Bit Of Glitter and it is in my Collection now with the previously missing Kitty Pirate Booty. But now I have all my shows and it's working.

okay.. well i sent my logfile also so I hope they can fix it for me to .. Today's card still is in the shop for me 😭😭

I didnt actually get around to sending my log file at all. I just checked one last time with a sync today and it corrected itself. Not sure what changed but for now its ok for me. @R2D34ever2 hope you have some luck soon, it gets frustrating sometimes I know.

i tried that so many times I lost count.. I just have to wait I guess.. Enjoy today's card .. I've seen it .. she is amazing..

yea sounds like you had my exact issue. seemed like there was a day delay on it actually moving to the collection.

Je les reçois avant 10H00 (heure de Paris) et elles s'ajoutent au bon emplacement dans ma collection. 😎

I receive them before 10:00 a.m. (Paris time) and they are added to the correct location in my collection. 😎
