Please clarify what do you mean exactly ?
You can change your Wallpaper in Windows, you can use the Fullscreenmode incl. the User generated Content.Or you can use Wallpaper Engine from Steam.Otherwise click on the i-Symbol inside the Client on the Top right, to get Access to the User Manual.
