Very, very, disappointing.

I've not had any issues. My only probably with the software is with the upgrades. Wonder if someone is logging your keystrokes.

thanks for the reply. All my credits were gone, cards appear in my collection I didn't purchase. I set a new password yesterday , this morning it was corrupted again. So be careful with any large amount of credits you place there.

@jethro68. The reason that this is not an issue on the Forum is because, to the best of my knowledge, no-one else has experienced or reported it.

I suspect you need to look closer at the security of your computer set-up including your wifi.

When did you log a ticket to the customer service ?
The team doesn't work during the Easter weekend (saturday, sunday and monday).

This is the first time I've seen a report of an account being compromised. Hacked isn't the correct term.

At this point, it most likely is an issue of personal security as pickle1 mentions. Totem will be able to get things working again. If you have a support ticket in, all you can do is be patient and wait for now.

Another thought. The web site can only be accessed using your login or password.

However - the App once installed on your machine has no login or password. So - the question is - does anyone else other than yourself have access to the machine on which you have installed? If so - that may be the source of your problem

For your own safety go and google "istripper hack" and you will find some bad news. There are plenty of hack tools especially for istripper out there... And at the istripper office they know exactly whats going on... So take care with your credits.

I don't think the hacks are what you think they are. They're probably clickbaits for people who are looking for a way to get the software and the girls for free.

I suggest you change your password, reinstall your system and sweep it for bugs.

I can tell you that I sandbox test many of these all the time.
They are Click bait to Infect your System.
Then Once you are *****, they collect all of your data.

most likely you would not even know it..
and anytime you change a password or account info, they know it,

So, never fall for these sires that claim free credits or unlocked software.
Not only is it illegal, but you are involving yourself in Criminal Activity,
and you could potentially face legal consequences.

Everything is Hackable that is nothing new, to the Internet users.
But here is a not so simple Solution to you, if you want to protect yourself,
you need to know how the Bad Guys work.

I agree, unfortunately most out there use the same password for several services .... what to say :-(
If there was more Awareness of the topic of IT-Security, it would be more Relaxed for these People.

I will say the only "hacked" / "cracked" software I have seen was years ago. It was pre - 1080p models and had about 25-40 girls maybe. Totem is pretty good about security. If a hacking does occur its more than likely a weak password that was guessed or bruteforced.
