is it worth going for platinum, for access to the additional library? just wanna know. im new gold member and love the shows here, just wanna know if i am missing out not being platinum?

For all of us Long time Members. Yes It was worth it to gain access to the Older Collectible Series.
Mind you, these are Low resolution, archived from TAPES, recorded back in the Late 1980's and 1990's
Back in the days of the very first Vgirl program. The Girls were very small ( about 1" tall ) in the corner of the screen.
They took these very small video tape recordings and enhanced them up to 480p.

They are Now about Half the Screen Height.
But for Us who remember them from Back in the Day. They are a Treasure to have.

If you weren't around then. You will probably be disappointed in the Quality.
They are nothing close to what iStripper Quality is today.

But if you are a serious Collector and want reminders of the old cards. These are MUST Haves.

If you are going for the platinum level just to access the VirtuagirlClassic series of cards, it is not worth it for the reasons that @Wyldeanimal stated.

If you want to increase your collection to have more hotties available to move and strip on your desktop, then it is well worth it to go platinum and beyond.

Look at it this way:
If enough is good,
then more is better,
and too much is just right

i am fine whit 720p still fine for me. just an a dditional question. how is the ratio below 720p just in %? like 50/50? know it might by hard to anwser

That is hard to answer, because I am not sure of what you mean, but I will try.

On my screen, the performers recorded with 480p camera equipment appear blurry around the edges. Where her hair ends is not very well defined, the colours seem to be faded and the whole girl looks blurry when stretched to full-size on the screen. Even I notice that, and I use a laptop with a fifteen inch screen.

I would say, that on my screen, the 480p cards have about 75% of the video quality of the early (001 - 650) 720p cards and about 60% of the quality of the later 720p cards.

Hope I read the question properly, and that this answered it.

i think i know what you mean, i whas thinking, i got A older set in this weekend sale, and it said it whas in 720p. quality medium it sayd, i can see its not same quality as the new sets 1080p/ quality clear. but i can live whit quality medium/720p so i am thinking how many% is 720p-480%if tht make sense. so the ratio 720p to 480p?

I think the 720p is good enough to watch. But not the 480p. The quality, unfortunately, is just to bad.

So, in my humble opinion, the 480p cards is the last cards you spend credits on. Only after you got all the other cards might they be worth getting.

Going for platinum, hovewer, is worth it just by the extra discount. In my humble opinion, that is.

Look...I'm going to be completely honest with you here...nobody can tell you what to do with your time/money but if you are going to invest in a large collection of iStripper cards simply for status then what's the point??? 😶

However if you find that this is something that you really enjoy then by all means...go for it! 👍

Also it couldn't ***** to be socially active...you never know you might actually make some good friends! 😉

When the Dxxxx (VirtuaGirl Classic, resolution 480p) cards are played in "small size" mode, you can see the difference to the higher resolutions, but you can watch those shows.

But if the shows are played in Full Size mode, then the difference is clearly visible. See also the picture.

The difference between 1080p, 720p and 480p is less marked in Fullscreen Scenes than in Desktop mode, it is still noticable but rather less so.

It's worth going platinum for the extra discount! :)

And, unless the system changed recently, you can unlock slo-motion and pause buttons whilst playing clips. When I turned Platinum, I also got the clip selector. No idea if everyone gets that from the start or not now.
