i want to buy nekane on fire card when i click confirm it says error occurd during network communications. what can i do to fix this?

Tried to download but got message "An error occurred during network communication".

Any ideas how to fix this? I am running Windows 10 with Kaspersky Total Security 2018.

I can get this error (just did) when I am heavily using my internet connection for other things (In this case NetFlix).

I have same error when I try to connect with istirpper, "404 network error". I have tried both eu and usa server
