I would like to get back some deleted cards that I have paid for, but I can't find the button to make them visible in my collection.

Please set all filters to "all".
In picture you can see filter Activation is set only to "Enable". Also this filter need to set to "all".
If you only see the deleted cards then use Downloads only with "Not downloaded".
