It says that if you get 3 friends to install, you get a free ticket. I got three friends to install it last week - guess what? No free ticket.

I take it by no replies that the whole thing is a ruse to get people in? I have checked with the people I got to sign up - they have been signed up for over a week - it says you need just three days!!

Are your friends using separate computers and do they have separate IPs?

Totem will not give tickets unless the users are unique.

However, Totem does allow one user to have the application on two computers.

You might interpret from the lack of replies that you are talking to the wrong people.

You really need to talk to the Totem staff (via the help desk).

As already stated there are measures in place to prevent individuals creating multiple accounts and claiming free tickets. Only the staff will really be able to tell you why the accounts are considered invalid, or correct the problem.

Its funny, but now one of them is listed as active. But I am pretty sure he has bought some tickets. I am starting to think that the only way totem considers them active is when they buy tickets - not just once they install it and run it. But thanks for the replies guys. I have filled out the online form relating to this question - but have not got a reply yet. When they do, I will post it so people understand how it works properly.

you have only one friend who became active, the 2 others who installed virtuagirlhd are not using it so they didn't become active.

Thanks for the help - now I just have to get them to use it. Most of them are waiting on my opinion of a full show before they buy any shows.

Adding a little to lezardos comments. From memory, for an account to become active, it has to be used on three different days. Tell your friends to leave the software running or start it each day.

They should all have free shows to see if they like the models. It is very likely that each persons free shows will be different, so between you all, you should get a taster of a lot of the models fairly quickly.
