So - I am not sure how people will respond to this, but thought I would ask. (People seem quick to jump down people's throats here, sadly)

I would love something that lets me know what kind of clips are in each new release before I decide to buy. We get the demos which are really helpful but I have to make choices (financially) and would prefer, for example, to have cards that have pole dancing instead of ones where the model is on the swing or on a big duvet on the floor. Sometimes the demos give enough of a sense, sometimes they don't.

You can obviously see this once a card is purchased, but I'm talking pre-purchase.

I know SpacePhantom does a great job on his website of giving the breakdown (Love that site, btw!). But that's only once all the reviews are done and he also puts together animations for the overview. I totally understand that takes time, but it would be great to know a basic overview when a card is released.

I don't expect Totem to do this. But I know there are a lot of people who get cards automatically, or who simply want to keep a complete collection.

Would anyone be willing to list those on the forum? This could be something that different people can contribute to, like the fine souls who post upcoming cards once the images appear.

You mean the "List Of Clips / Girl Details" provided by the Directors Clapboard after downloading the card ?

So he can decide if he wants to purchase it.

Hmmm.........That doesn't sound unreasonable to me. At the moment, I can't think of any reason for The Team to object to someone sharing the List Of Clips / Girl Details info.

Hmmmm... I like this idea too. I can't see Totem actually putting up a list of clips with each card tho. It might affect sales if everyone can see exactly how many "X-Rated" or rather lack of, clips there are with the card.

As Didge's gif shows above, sometimes it's nice to get a "SUPPLIES" (Nice one Didge!)

I used to have a library that listed all clips but it became to much to handle... You can still find most of the really old cards listed on my fan sites but the old libraries are no longer updated.

Now I only make quick reviews of the VG cards and that more than enough work! =)

I have tried from my 1269 cards to create an overview of how many cards have certain types of clips. In the overview, only the cards of VirtuaGirl considered (axxxx). There are still a lot of cards that I have not in my collection.


It is also possible that some of this cards are not have correct type or level.

A example: type 1088
1024 = top of screen
64 = in / out

I have testet this clips but I don't have see "in / out".

type 64 means that the Model or something else Leaves or Enters from the Side of the Screen.

Example. She Takes off her top and tosses it off the Side of the Screen.

In Early cards it was also used for task bar clips if the model was off screen or went off screen in front of or Behind the Task bar..
It is NO longer used for that type of clip.

Only if something Enters or Exits the Screen from the Side.

I think avoiding a card because it has a couple swing or cage clips might cause you to miss out on some great cards.
but to each their own..

with VIP status, you can selectively disable those clips.

But In another thread. Members have asked for Selective Clip Downloads.
Especially with the Size of the Files and How Much space is needed.
Then you would be able to Download only the clip types you like and not download the ones you don't

I have bought cards with cages
I just deleted the cage clips

The Swing I like but I still worry someone is going to fall off and do themselves an *****
Especially as some of the ladies are of a fragile build

I do believe the swing is very close to the floor. If you notice, at times, some of the girls will tuck their feet in so as not to stub a toe.


I'll think they'll be OK as long as they don't play with loaded weapons or start running around with scissors in their hands.

@Wyldanimal - I agree with you about the possibility of missing out on good cards because you might want to avoid something.
My purpose was to make sure that the cards I picked had pole dancing. That seems to have disappeared from some cards. And it's not like the model doesn't do pole dancing in any cards. It is hit or miss.

I agree that you can turn off certain clips, but this is about trying to make sure certain clips come with the cards.

taskbar - sitting or lying on taskbar and stay behind taskbar
clip type: 1 # 2 # 3 # 17 # 33 # 34 # 66 # 82 # 98

pole dance - clip type: 4 # 36 # 68 # 100

cage - clip type: 512 # 544 # 576

swing - clip type: 1024 # 1088



Hint
When my batch file will correct work then there are only 27 cards without pole dance in the 1269 cards of my collection.
