--- "black & white" --- What do you mean?
If you see some "grey" girls (not colored) on the carousel, means these demos (animation clips) are not downloaded.

Thanks, I can see the models but they are without colour yesterday some of the same models where in colour, I have changed settinggs because I don't want to download the demos, there are only about 4 or 5 girls on the wheel that are grey.(Update only 2 are now in colour) Not going to have a sleepless night over this problem, just makes it harder for me to decide which ones I want too download.

I might be wrong of course, but if you've changed the settings, means in the future you'll get all the new released demos grey (not downloaded), but these ones which have been downloaded already (using old settings), remain colored, so you'll get colored and grey girls in any way, as the player picks them up randomly from your HDD.
If you want totally to get rid of the demos, you have to delete all of them.

No problem. Just wanted to add that it's up to you.
If you want to see the carousel colored, the demos should be downloaded.
If you want to free up some extra space on the HDD, and choose the manual download, then you must deal with no eye candy on your carousel.
Deleted all the demos ( not the demo clips from full shows) awhile ago and got more than 60 GB extra space released on the HDD. It's a quite nice number actually };-)
