As a VIP members it stated we get few free card. What i don't get it is that as we click on the get card ...the highlighted in green wording stated "Purchased". Why is this so...isn't it suppose to state "Free" too??

If you click on the purchase button and do happen to get charged for a free VIP card it is easy to get the money refunded back to you.

But being a VIP member you should not get charged and it is just a case of a one size fits all with the wording used. It will not have different wording for different levels of members, only after clicking will the system recognise that you get the card for free.

If you were a Platinum member it would show the price of the card as 1 credit and any other level the price would be 2 credits.

Is there any way that you can see what the upcoming VIP card is going to be? I have purchased several cards only to find out that they were released as VIP cards after the fact. It's been very frustrating.

If by that you mean knowing before the actual release, nope. If you want to be sure, though, Totem always release the VIP cards at the beggining of each month and they make a thread in the News section to announce the card. You can also visit the store and look for the VIP cards there, there is even a filter to search only for VIP cards.

@lefty337 What do you mean you bought a card before you found out it was a VIP card.

That is not possible. The VIP card gets released once a month or there abouts among the new releases.

If you are saying that when you select the VIP for download and then get charged for it you can get a refund as you are a VIP member and it should be free. Just contact a member of the team, probable Celine is best.

If this is not the case can you explain it a bit better so that someone can help. ;-D

You can find out if there are any VIP cards you don't already own by going to the VirtuaGirls Store and clicking More filters. Then filter on VIP Cards and Not In My Collection. As a VIP member, you can then immediately "purchase" any of them for "zero credit." After that, just keep your eyes open for new VIP cards released every four weeks and again "purchase" each one of them for zero credit.

By the way, VIP cards are not released at random, and they are not exactly released once a month either. For a couple of years now, they have been released EXACTLY every fourth Friday. The last one came out on April 25, and if they stick to the past releasing schedule, the next ones will come out on May 23, June 20, July 18, etc. That's 13 new VIP cards per year. Enjoy!

Thanks for the replies. I know about the filters in the store and check there somewhat frequently, but apparently not frequently enough. I hadn't realized that they were released on a regular schedule.

What's happened to me is that I have bought a card that has come up as a demo and paid one credit for it. Then find out later that the card is a VIP card which should have been free for me. I don't come on the forums very often so I don't really pay attention to the news section. It'd be nice if the VIP cards came up as free in the demo section and I didn't have to manually search for it.

Do they create a new thread for each VIP card when it's released, or is there a way that I can get notified when a thread is updated with the new VIP card?

A new thread is created for every new VIP card.

So you bought a VIP card from the carousel and it cost you when it should be free.

That explains it. Check through hour purchase history and then message a team member with the details of the card purchased, when and that that you were charged and you should get a refund.

Probably best try Cosmo13. He has a purple star by his name denoting he is a team member.

so as the VIP cards are free for VIP members it doesn't matter if you buy them via GUI/carousel, GUI/VirtuaGirls store or the website.
