Height unit differences

I am just wondering why there are height unit differences on the dancers profiles between the VGHD website and the VGHD player? I know in different countries they choose which measurement to use & I know over here in England we use feet & inches to measure peoples height normally but surely it should be one or the other.

For example, in the pictures i've displayed above of Marica Hase, the player shows her height in meters (m) but on her profile page on the site it is displayed in feet (ft).

Secondly, for the height on her profile on the website, if you use feet as the unit of measurement, as a rule you would use the smaller unit of inches after it instead of using decimal places. Just seems a bit ***** using metric measurements on an imperial measurement system.
I think should either be displayed as, for example Marica Hase again, 156cm or 5'1" (feet & inches) not 1.56m or 5.12ft
