I guess this is more of an old than a new user question, but what happens with a subscription when all the cards are in your collection?
Also I'll mention that doesn't seem to be a way to contact customer services directly through the website using the Help\Customer Services link as you get to check the FAQ for a topic but not to raise a request.
If you do not have enough cards to cover your subscription period the only thing that happens is you get a few less cards and then you get all new releases on the one day rather than spreading them over several days.
