As I have mentioned in the past, I would really welcome some recent ethnic diversity here and not just girls of African decent but of Asian, Indian, Hispanic and any other race as well. For me, they are all welcome.

Caucasion girls are beautiful as well but a steady diet of them gets stale after awhile imho.

Not sure though, how many women of color there are in this sort of business, to choose from in the European area.

I am betting that the pool of available/willing talent is pretty small.

Early on, there were several women of color and of Asian decent here but not very many in the last few years.

Would love to see that corrected soon and often, if possible.

This issue of ethnic diversity has been an occassional hot topic for many years now and, unfortunately, the official response has either been silence or lies. There was even a huge bust up a few years ago when the company was outright accused of racism.

I have nearly 2300 cards but have effectively stopped purchasing them now because the total lack of diversity has become boring.

The company have developed their business model which seems to consist of working almost exclusively with Eastern European agencies, and so the amount of Black and Asian models are going to be extremely limited. There are several well known and high profile erotic sites that appear to use this same strategy. Look at the model list and there's scores of white girls and maybe only one or two other ethnicities.

I don't expect anything to change in the future. If it's a strategy that works for them then they've every right to do that, just as we have a right as customers to comment and even ***** about it. It's a shame though as the original virtuagirl, way back from nearly 20 years ago actually had a really good variety of girls.

The girls had to be available to travel, capable of performing and not using fake pictures.

The reason you were met with silence was probably because you accused everything you didn't want to hear as 'lies'.

It's not like Totem has not tried to bring us what we wanted to see... over the years they have had many girls of different diversities. What is probably swaying the direction of models is the sales figures...

That is a complete misrepresentation, totally incorrect and nothing more than a strawman. I'm talking about multiple threads over several years, not just one. In many of those threads there was no official response, that is by definition 'silence'

In one particular thread the response was: 'We can't find any black girls in Europe' Apart from being a preposterous statement in itself there were then several posts linking many ethnic models who were active not only in Europe, but many of them in France. So unless their idea of looking for ethnic models was sitting in a chair and covering their eyes whilst counting to ten then this was an untrue statement. Whether untrue by omission or by deliberation it was still untrue. Hence a lie. There are possibly a few amateur photographers on here who could have a black model in front of their lenses with nothing more complicated than a short internet search on relevant sites, yet it's impossible to find one?

As for the thread where they asked us to find models. Apart from the utterly ludicrous situation that is in itself, there had been several models suggested previously, where are they? And as for them having 'many girls of different diversities' this is also untrue. Most of the diversity comes from years ago, not recently, and even then, there aren't that many. Why exactly do you think this subject keeps creeping up every year or so?
