My girlfriend is digging this product & asked if I could put it onto her laptop, but I don't want her to access my account. So far I have it only on one laptop. So I have not used any of my additional installs. Is this possible. Also I know it would not be wise to just share it with someone you just met, we have been together for 9 years now. She is trust worthy. I just would like to keep my own account. How ? if possible, would one do this ?

You need two separate installs to achieve this.

The best and easiest way to do this is to have two separate accounts on two separate machines.

Other may know a more elaborate approach, but I find the simplist solutions the best. Plus your girlfriend then can pay for her own collection......

Totem does allow 2 installs per account, but that would mean sharing your account which you said you do not want to do (and is against the terms & conditions anyway).

Hello very sorry. Not quite sure if I should just post this here or in the BUG SECTION. -

I just downloaded a seperate account for my girlfriend & was about to make a purchase. But the program is saying there is a USER MISMATCH ? Not sure about what we have to do to fix this.

OK here is what it says -

ERROR USERNAME AND MULTIMIX MISMATCH MULTIMIX MISMATCH: (PRIVATE INFO HERE).

Please help anyone, I want to surprise her & get it setup bfore she notices.

if you have not again get show, just uninstall and install again with a new name.

of course you must be connected on internet to install.

just uninstall if you can and when you install again you see the message new account, clic on

Got it installed, but it won't let me make a purchase because my card is on record as a member already.

ok then made this, install with the account you have creat, go in the program

settings - advanced

right clic mouse on (synchronize with serveur) and clic on (register again)

if i remember well here you can creat a new account

and sorry but you must know, you can't move one show of one account to one other, you must buy again if you decide to place the same show you have.


i think the best are you place several ticket and your girlfriend choose the model. the product of Totem have 3 sites. Virtuagirl, Deskbabe, and VirtuaGuy.
