I have bought credits before with no problem, my last credit purchase did not post and no one has answered my emails to customer service. So where is everyone to help me get my credits that have been paid for?

You might try logging out of the site, and then logging back in. This will sometimes work.
Otherwise, remember that Totem is based in Paris, France. That means it is still too early in the morning for their office people to be in yet. I am assuming that you already submitted a request to Customer Service (under the help tab).
